This totally awesome site!

Hey everyone! I know I know I know, its been forever again. I really do have good reasons this time.
  1. State has been here off and on for the past month. YUCK!!!
  2. Biker had to have surgery. Well, he finally had surgery. We tried once and it didn't work and then he had to go back. I told him I could do it for him, but he said no. I said I have a master's degree and I could read up on it on the internet, and I am pretty sure I could just get that gallbladder right out of there for him. He still said no. I can't figure it out!
  3. Paw died.
  4. And I painted the living room what I thought would be a really pretty green color. Turns out I was wrong.
  5. I have been re-painting the living room. I only have the primer on now. I just finished that. I will start on the color tomorrow probably.
So, anyways, Mom Gator called me last night and told me about this totally awesome blog that she reads and I want everyone to go look at the really cool things that she makes. And she is giving something away tomorrow. So you have to hurry. He name is It's a wonderful and she is fabulous!!! So go check her out, and sign up for the wristlet. BIKER, I REALLY LIKE THE WRISTLET SO YOU SHOULD SIGN UP!!! HINT HINT!

Oh yeah!

Hello everyone, awesome things happened yesterday and I wanted to tell you about them.

  1. I put in a light fixture all by myself. Then Biker, Lydi, Mama, and bunches of other people were like are you sure you know how to do that. Well of course I didn't know how to do it, but I can read directions and I know to turn the electricity off at the breakers, so there you have it. I put up a light fixture all by myself.
  2. The light fixture apparently wasn't the problem. It was the switch. Dammit. Well, Off goes the electricity again, and I pulled the old switch out, went BACK to Wal-Mart and got another switch, came home and put it in. Oh yeah I kick butt and take names.
  3. It works! The back porch light works again! I am so awesome. When I called Mama to tell her that I was a genius, she agreed with me. Mom Gator was a little more on the sarcastic side, but that's ok. When she picked up the phone I said, "Mom, I am a genius!" She said, "Uh hhhuuuhhh?" I am taking that as sarcasm. But one of us knows how to replace a light fixture now. I am pretty sure my Mom has always known how. Anyways, she always told me that I can do anything I put my mind too. Well I did it!
  4. I put up the new curtain in my middle bedroom last night. It looks awesome. Its a chocolate brown satin. I need to cut it off a little, but I got it up there. With a new curtain rod. Oh yeah!
  5. I put in baseboards in my kitchen last night. Well, not all of them are in, I still need to do the part behind the stove and the part by the refrigerator. Then that will be done.
  6. I painted my living room last week, and then the ceiling on Sunday night. So I put all of the electrical plates back on last night. You know, all of the light switch covers and plug in covers. Yep, that's done.
  7. And I did the laundry. I think that is about it.
  8. Oh wait, one more thing. I chatted with an old friend from High School last night too. It was fun I haven't really talked to her in forever!
But anyways, it was a totally awesome night. Today is going to be just as great I know it! Ok, well I better get to work. We have to go to H-town to do some work on the house there to get ready for state to come and sudit us this month.

Also, everyone please remember to pray for my Paw, he still isn't doing so great. Also, for my friend Jaci, they dont know what is wrong, but she is in the hospital!

Ok, so thanks a million everyone. I hope you hav a super great Tuesday!!!

YEAH, IT'S ELECTION DAY!!!!

Hey everyone,
I just wanted to send out a friendly reminder to go and vote today. Why, you may ask? Because its ELECTION DAY!!! Yes, after today (hopefully) all this election crap with be over! YEAH!!!! I am going to go vote and probably get a sticker that says I voted. You all know how I love stickers.
*side note* I always get a sticker when I go to the dentist.
Ok, so now...what are you all going to do today if you haven't already done it because some of you are over achievers? VOTE. Make your voice count.

Ok, also wanted to send a shout out to Elastigirl. I got your package and it is totally wonderful. In my package I got three really cool jack-o-lantern candle holders (and y'all all know how I love candles and candle holders), and some fabulous fruity candy (because Baby Gators don't eat chocolate), a really cool spider decoration, and some really neat black garland with orage spiders on it. I totally loved all of it!!! Way to go Elastigirl.

Ok, everyone, I am fixing to leave for work. Now again, don't forget. GO VOTE!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM GATOR!!!

I want to send out a special happy birthday message to my Mom Gator. She is officially 29 (again) today! I love you so much, so I just wanted to tell everyone how excited I am that it is your b-day!!! These are all pics from our fabulous Black Friday Shopping Trip!

Me and Mom and Pei Wei, a great little Asian place in Amarillo.

Me and Mom at Wal-Green's. The lady at the make-up counter took out pic. This was closer to the end of the day and we were getting tired.

This is my favorite pic, of me and mom. I have this as my profile pic of facebook. We are at a stop light and i took this one.

I don't remember Mom driving, but apparently she did. She made us matching head bands, and we wore matching overalls. We usually carry walkie-talkies but Baby Brother broke them. So we have to make due with our cell phone, but the walkie-talkies are much cooler!!!

Meme

I am: a beautiful person. A little funny, a little witty, and there's a lot of my Mom in me.

I want: Everything I have ever wished for.

I wish: for certainty. (Economy, life, you name it...)

I hate: when people don't give the thank you wave when you let the over in traffic, and people that don't put up their buggies in the Wal-Mart parking lot.

I miss: hmmm...idk.

I fear: being left, and being a failure.

I hear: nothing, its quiet in the house.

I wonder: If I have ever let my family down.

I regret: so many things, but I wouldn't change them now, even if I could.

I am not: an ordinary person.

I dance: Every chance I get.

I sing: All the time.

I cry: when I am hormonal.

I am not always: willing to get out of bed when I need too.

I make with my hands: hand signals of course.

I write: depends on what I need to say, and where I am faxing it to.

I confuse:so many people, mostly Biker probably.

I need: to go to sleep, but I am not that tired.

I should: do a lot of things, but I don't want to. That's the joy of having your own house and living alone.

I start: a lot of different things.

I finish: what I start...Most of the time....ok...sometimes...ok...depends on what it it.

I tag: Mom Gator, Rach, Bunny, and Lydia.

Let me know if you do it so I can read it.

It's gonna be a great day!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to pop in and tell you that today is going to be a great day. I just know that it is. I hope all of you have a really super day.

Last night I did like this min-spa thing. Ok I didn't go anywhere, cause come on...really...who can afford a trip to the spa? Not me. (~thinks~ maybe I should get a sugar daddy...Biker wouldn't care as long as the sugar daddy paid all of our bills.) So anyways, I showered, and exfoliated, and lotioned, and painted my toenails, and plucked my eye brows, and did a Biore (sp?) strip, and self tanned, and did fingernails, and had a super good time. Then I was tired so I went to bed, talked on the phone to Biker for a while (like always), he sang to me and off to sleep I went.

I have to tell you, I have been having some pretty crazy dreams. Like the other night I dreamed my Mama (my grandmother) had three tattoos. Now if you know my Mama, you know how CRAZY this dream really was. Last night I dreamed I was back living the MWG lifestyle (AKA. working at Mid-West Glove and Supply). But I wasn't the only one that was living it. Pooh was there and so was Herbs. Now, none of us are going back to MWG, we have all moved on with our lives, but how weird to dream about that 3 years after I left. Weird I tell you, just wierd.

I am super excited about the swap on Mom's blog. I am going to try to talk Bones and Biker's Mom into playing too. I think they would enjoy it. I already know how I am going to do mine. So, anyone I get paired up with...well...just let me say, get excited!!! I know that I am.

Ok, I am going to go to work now. Oh wait, here is a random picture for you! It's me, with a giant M&M, even thought I don't like M&M's (because of the whole, I don't like chocolate thing) , but this one was pretty nice. He even let me hug him. Y'all know how I like to hug!

*Please note, no crack was used during the writing of this blog*

You know wha tI just realized?!?!?!?

I just realized that I haven't put up a thankful list in like forever. And gosh darnit I have lots of stuff to be thankful for. So drum roll please...*dadadadadadadadadadadaadadadadda* (that's my sad attempt at a drum roll).

  1. Two shots in the butt, that helped me get over strep throat at break necking speed. Ok, so technically I am not completely OVER it, but man I feel better.
  2. My brother getting to come and spend the weekend with me, because we are going to the Homecoming parade and then to Arena Cross!! Oh yeah!!!
  3. My Mom Gator, who is a silly girl. But she has always been a wonderful Mom, and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else. Even when I use to get in trouble and tell her things weren't fair, and she would say that I should put an ad in the paper saying I was looking for a new Mom.
  4. A job that keeps me on my toes. I have one client that is really high level, but does not speak very well. We were talking the other day, and out of no where she screams "I gotta PEE" and so she did. Right there in the office. It was a day at work that I don't think I will be forgetting any time soon.
  5. State came and went in the C-town home, and we got no deficiencies. Which is super awesome. We were waiting on Life Safety to come in to check the building and the maintenance and stuff, and they were suppose to be here by yesterday, but they didn't show...so I am not sure what that means. My boss said that they HAD TO BE THERE BY THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH. That's how he said it too!
  6. Having a great time last weekend. I really didn't think that I would, and I prayed and prayed and prayed. And I had a fabulous time.
  7. You, I am thankful for you!
So tell me what are you thankful for??? Come on tell me. You have to be thankful for at least one thing. So leave me a comment, post something on your blog, or shoot me and e-mail. Cause I wanna know!

I was tagged!!!

Yes, I always think it is so cool when someone tags me for a meme. Does that make me a nerd? Probably. Ok, so anywho the 6 unremarkable things about me...hhhmmm...let me think.

  1. I have to sleep with lots of pillows. i have to have two under my head, and one on either side of me. I do this because its like someone is sleeping in bed with me and I can just roll over and throw my arm over this "pillow person". Plus I have been known to take a pillow or two away from sleeping people. You do not know these people so please do not ask for their names to verify my story.
  2. I sing to myself loudly in the car. This is mostly when I am by myself with the windows up. But sometimes, I sing loudly when other people are with me. I told Lydia that she was never going to get to be my back up singer when I became famous if she didn't practice. We were singing to Johnny Cash. I just love Johnny Cash. And Conway Twitty. And Cal Smith...Ok ok ok I digress.
  3. I don't really like to wear shirts with sleeves. I mean short sleeves are ok, I will wear them. But like long sleeve t-shirts....oh no ma'am!!! I don't like it being all tight around my wrists. I'm a dork. I know.
  4. I love to mow my lawn. I really do. I put my I-pod in, and climb on the riding mower and just go out and cruise the lawn. I don't look forward to the day when I don't get to do that. i mean like yeah sometimes its a pain, because the grass grows so fast, but I just love to cruise in the sunshine. I equate it to having a convertible with the top down.
  5. I like to name some of my giraffes. Just some of them. My favorite ones have names. My favorite favorite one is Geoffery. I think Mom gave him to me. When you press his ear he sings "I don't wanna grow up, I'm a toys-r-us kiiiiiiiiiddddddd." It's so cool.
  6. I prefer to drink out of a straw. No matter what I am drinking. Well, ok not like hot chocolate or something. But anything cold. Water, Tea, Coke, whatever...I just like to drink out of a straw.
Ok, now I get to tag people. How cool is that. Usually I am the last one to play. Ok, I tag...Bunny Bunster, Spooky Rach, and Human Being (as she prefers to be called now.)

TGIF!

Wow, I know again it has been all to long since I have posted anything. You should all flog me. Or maybe not. Things have been going pretty well around the Gator household. I have been doing this Bio-Feedback thing, with my friends Herbs and it is working wonders for me. If anyone wants to know more about that just let me know and I will send you her e-mail address.
I went to WT yesterday to get a copy of my transcript, because I am applying for a few jobs at AC and they wanted to know how many undergraduate hours I had in a certain area. Well of course I didn't know, so off to WT we went to get a copy of the old transcript. Being on campus again made me miss it so much. What is crazy though is that we went into Old Main. I only had one course in Old Main, so it didn't bring back memories of my college days. I remember when Mom Gator was going to school and sometimes she would let me go with her, most of her classes were in Old Main. She would wake me up in the morning and say Baby Gator do you want to skip school today and go to school with me? Of course I would. College was WAY more cool that Jr. High. So off we would go. The building smells just the same as it did back then. Do you ever feel like millions of memories flash back at you all at once and all you can do is smile? That was me yesterday.
So anyways, we get the transcript and we go back to the Jeep. And then I said something i never ever thought I would say in my whole entire life. There goes a guy on a Unicycle being chased by a Bobcat. Read it again...there goes a guy on a Unicycle being chased by a Bobcat. Yep that's what I said. Seriously. This guy goes riding by on a Unicycle, which was impressive enough on its own. But behind him in a guy in a Bobcat. It's one of those machines that looks like a small front end loader. He was right on the Unicycle guys butt. As if riding a Unicycle isn't tough enough, now you have to out "run" something. I was a bit worried for him, but he got away.
I have tons of pics that I need to post. One is of my new trophy, that I got at the 105th Anniversary of Harley. I got it for spitting gummy bears into a bucket. I am the gummy bear spitting champion of the world. Ok ok ok. Really I am the gummy bear spitting champion of the HOG club. Alright, alright, alright. Geez, I am really the 2nd place gummy bear spitter in the Amarillo HOG club. It doesn't sound as fancy when I have to put it like that. I got a trophy and everything. I called my Mom and all she could say was, "Well I am glad that your education didn't go to waste." Lol.

Monday, Monday, Monday!

What a great day it has been! Seriously, no sarcasm implied. It really has been a great day. Yesterday sucked, last week sucked, but those days are gone now. I had a fantastic day, and so I thought I would throw out some things that I am thankful for.

  1. Having a marvelous day with Lydi!
  2. Biker, for listening to me cry last night.
  3. Mom Gator, for being the best Mom ever!!!
  4. The photographer.
  5. Awesome hair!
  6. Weinershnitzel (sp?)
  7. My Jeepy!
  8. A new comforter set that I got last week at a garage sale. I got the comforter, bed skirt, fitted sheet, top sheet, two pillow cases, and two pillow shames for $10. Can you believe that, $10!!! It's in the dryer now.
  9. My life, I wouldn't trade it with anyone in the world!
  10. You, I am thankful for all of you!!!
I had a great day with Lydi. First, I wrote out some checks and got them in the mail. Then I went and got Lydi and we went to the dr's office to have my blood drawn. The we went to the Asian market and I bought some of those jell-o cups that we all like so much. Then we went to Weinershnitzel (sp?) and I got two chili dogs with onions. They were just great!!! Then the photographer called me to set up a time, and I just got finished with that, so I thought I would write to you all for a quick minute. Life has been great today. I think I will go vacuum now. Love you!!!

I need to clarify!

Hey everyone, I know my last blog was a bit of a downer. I am really sorry about that. I let somethings get to me that I shouldn't have. Well, I actually let some people get to me that I shouldn't have. I have always know that there are some people out there that are just meanie heads. Which is not cool! So anyways, I wanted to post about some of the great things that are happening in my life right now.
  1. Biker thinks he might be pregnant. We are super excited. Hey if I can't get pregnant right now he might as well do it for me. ~giggles~ He actually has had a bit of the tummy bug, but still I think its funny to say he might be pregnant. When I kid him about it he always says that he is having a baby elephant, and then asks if I want to see the trunk. Wait for that to sink in and you will get it.
  2. My boss finally left today, which was a huge blessing. She also told me that my books were in wonderful shape and that she feels really confident about State coming in to audit us. I was totally excited. People in my company never tell you that you are doing a good job, and by her saying that it is the closest thing to a complement that I have gotten from anyone in management since I have been there. I WILL TAKE IT!!!
  3. Tall Girl, Mohawk, Little G, sister of Tall Girl, and friend of sister of Tall Girl all came over for pizza last Friday. When Biker got here, Mohawk fell to pieces. She is in love with Biker and Biker is in love with her. She sat next to him on the couch and would raise up his shirt to give him raspberries on his tummy, and then stick her finger in his belly button and say "Biker's belly button?!" Then she would take his finger and pull it towards her own tummy and say "Poke it! Poke it!" This game went on for over and hour. We all laughed and laughed.
  4. Lydi took my can of mixed nuts from my desk home with her, and then griped to her son that she couldn't find any cashews in the can, it was all peanuts, almonds (which I don't eat), pecans, and Brazil nuts. She didn't think I would find out. Well, I called her house to talk to her about something (I don't remember what now) and Mr. Mellow told me the story. So I asked her about it today, and she was like how did you know??? We had a really great laugh about it.
  5. Four year olds with sunglasses can be some of the cutest kids ever. This one is for you MD, because I am not the only one that likes those, everyone likes those. Gummy worms for everyone!!!
I love you all so much. Thank you for being worried about me. I promise I am fine. Sometimes, i just lose track of what is important. Hey, I just thought of something. Maybe we can give some of those peanuts that Lydi has to the baby elephant that Biker is going to have?!?!

It's been so very long my friends!

Well, hello everyone. I feel like I have been away from you all for so long. So much has happened and is happening, that there is just so much to tell you. I have really been struggling this week to be thankful for things and to not be angry. A lot of junk has happened and I have had to do a lot of praying to get past somethings. Ok, not past them, just not as angry about them. There are a couple of points I would like to make before I do my beloved thankful list that I have been doing for so long.
  1. If you didn't hear it from me, then you don't know what the crap is going on. Trust me, you think you know. You may even be positive you know, but trust me you don't have a clue.
  2. I am not going anywhere. This is my home for now, and I intend to stay here until I get ready to leave.
  3. I have had to make a lot of really hard decisions lately. I know some of you may not see it as that, but when you are an adult somethings have to be sacrificed in order to save other things. It really sucks but that is life.
  4. I heard along time ago that if you are upset with someone you should pray for them. And truly mean it. WOW, that one's hard!!! I have been praying blessings on three people, and I am pretty sure its the hardest things I have ever had to pray for.
Ok, so enough ranking, or complaining or whatever you want to call it. I started this blog last night, but I got too tired to finish it. Well, I was tired and I found myself wanting to type mean things to people and that just won't do! When I start to think ugly things about those people...I start to pray. ~ponders to herself...wonder if the Lord is getting tired of hearing about it?!?!~
So without further ado, here is my thankful list.

  1. My wonderful friends. The ones that are truly my friends, they know my secrets, they listen to me when I am upset, and they hurt with me when I am hurt. i could never have asked for better friends than you. Thank you so much.
  2. My Mom, who will laugh with me when things are so stupid, when people are being stupid, and when I don't know that she had clicked over on her phone and I am just still talking away.
  3. My sweet wonderful Biker, that always defends me. You can be a giant nerd sometimes, like when you changed your song on myspace to Ray Stevens "The Streke" but that's ok. I love you anyways.
  4. Tall Girl and the babies. I LOVE WATCHING THE BABIES!!! Even if Mohawk keeps asking for Biker. And Little G bites my nose. They are precious, and I love them so much!
  5. My Silly Silly Silly Lydi!!! She is fun, and funny, and a great friend.
  6. A surprise that I have been keeping for a long time is about to come out.
  7. My animals that are always so happy to see me.
  8. My baby brother that is growing into such a wonderful guy. I love him so much.
  9. My fantastic house. That I am not leaving, unless it is to better myself or my family.
  10. You, I am thankful for you! I hope you have a wonderful day. Enjoy the sunshine and hopefully the clouds that will be drifting over.

Thursday, July 24, 2008

Oh Good Morning!!!

Isn't it a beautiful morning? This birds are chirping, the sun is shinning and Cookies peed on the love seat. And I had to clean it AGAIN!!!! Does anyone want a slightly used cat? That started off the morning just peachy. But that is ok. I am happy today is Thursday, because that means tomorrow is Friday, and all of those who know me know what that means. Garage Sale Day!!! I am so excited. I always get excited about garage sale day. We get to work super early (for us) get all of our work done and hit the sales. We are serious shoppers. And if we don't bargain with you then it hasn't been a good shopping day.

Well, I have to hurry today, because Bossman and Head-O-Nurses is coming into look at charts today. Ok, I won't keep you in suspense any longer.

  1. My life. What a sweet life it is!!!
  2. My family, I could never have asked for a better one!
  3. Biker, what a dork, but my dork.
  4. My job, that allows me to have so much fun sometimes. Others....well we won't talk about that.
  5. My house, it may not be the Ritz, but it's mine.
  6. My Mom's new house. It's totally awesome!
  7. A good friend trusting me enough to watch her babies over night while she works. I know she doesn't trust a lot of people to watch her kids, and that makes me feel really good.
  8. My fantastic hair. Oh yeah, no matter how hard people try, they just don't have hair as cool as mine!
  9. Arol coming to mow my backyard, because I don't have a push mower. Yo uhave no idea how much that means to me Arol. I love you!!!
  10. To have been born an American. ~slowly stands as the national anthem is played. Places her right hand over her heart~ We are very blessed to have the freedoms that we have here and I am thankful for that. ~singing For the land of the Free, and the Home of the Brave~

That's how we roll......

Hey everyone, I know I am running a little late with the Thursday post. It was a super busy day at work today, in fact, it has been busy at work all week!!! So here are a few pics from last weekend. It was major busy too. First we had a Harley vs. Honda blood drive at the HOG room, just so you know Harley kicked butt! Of course. The radio station was out there doing a broad cast and everything. Out of 90 someodd people that came we were able to get 89 pints of blood. Only 9 Honda riders showed up!!! And one of them just signed in and left. Can you believe that?!?! Anyways, then we went to Wonderland for Titan Family Days (that's the company Biker works for. Titan not Wonderland.). Then we went to a Dillas game, and then to Doc Holiday's to watch our friend's band play. It was a long long long day. But we had loads of fun!!! Here are a few pictures.

Bad Ass Biker Chicks were Neoprene Hair Thingys.

Bad Ass Biker Chicks also were hair bows so that they look nice and like a bad ass all at the same time.

HD Fan gave blood. I am proud of him.

Biker gave blood and he didn't even cry!

They even needed Gator blood!!! So I gave. Of course!!! I, like Mom Gator, am O- and apparently that is a really rare type of blood. Almost everyone can use it, but O- people can only get O- blood if they need a transfusion.

Ok, without further ado, my thankful list. Because you guys know that I post one every Thursday, just like always. (geez, I am so predictable!)

  1. People that give blood. You never know who you are going to help. I am super proud of Biker, because he is a big woosey (he is afraid of needles. Yes, he does have two large tattoos and both of his ears pierced!), and he gave blood anyways.
  2. Mom Gator, for making me laugh!!! How was that lemonade???
  3. Teacher, for saying that I am the Junior Leaguer of Bikers. Lol!!! She is so funny.
  4. Tomorrow being Friday, the next day being Saturday, and Thank you Lord the next day being Sunday so I can take these damn poodles home.
  5. Lydi's vacation.
  6. Air conditioning.
  7. The Jeepy getting all spiffied up!!!
  8. A new giraffe picture.
  9. Bunches of stuff for panty-palooza.
  10. Dog kennels, king size beds, and 7 pillows all to myself.
  11. And you!!! I am thankful for you!!!
So come on everyone. What are you thankful for??? You should at least be thankful for one thing, post it in my comments or send me an e-mail. I love you all!!!

Our Trip to Tulsa

As many of you know, Biker and I, and our friends went to the HOG rally in Tulsa, OK over the 4th of July weekend. We had a blast. i am going to try to keep this post somewhat short, so I will just post some pics for you.

The make shift slow race.

Mr. HD Fan looking like he has to poop.

Biker just hanging out in the hotel lobby.

This just captures the essence of MR. HD Fan.

Me as a bad ass biker chick. Biker trying hard, but we all know he is just a wanna be. He isn't hardcore like me.

My Metrosexual Biker.

Us at the Karaoke Bar in the hotel we stayed at.

Biker changing out our headsets, because mine was awesome and his sucked. So I gave him mine, it's because I am such a wonderful girlfriend.

Mr. Bean, yep...I couldn't have taken a better pic of him. If you know this man then you understand how perfect this picture it.

The bathroom sign in Clinton, OK. The place didn't even have mirrors, it was polished steel. I kid you not.

Bones the pool shark.

Rara the rapper.

The water balloon toss.

Rara the pitcher, he is a jack of all trades ladies and gentlemen.

The winners of the water balloon toss. It was a tie.

The guys singing karaoke. I don't remember the song, but it just had to be fantastic.

Biker and I giving a little sugar. I have no idea why the pic is so small I got it off of shutterly. The next few pics will be this small, maybe you can click on it and make it bigger. I don't know. Heck if it is that important to you I will just e-mail you the dang link to the pics online.

Me, Bones, and Honeydew, and some other random people and a giant penis. Or as Biker would say a Wenis.

Bones and Constable.

Bones and Mr. HD Fan. Apparently she just posed in every picture we took?!?!

Honeydew and Bones.

Honeydew's boobies. I don't know who took this one. Probably her husband Mr. HD Fan.

The lovely couple.

Alright, there are most of the pics from the trip. I am going to go ahead and put up my thankful list, so that I don't have to rush around in the morning.

  1. A safe trip to and from Tulsa

Vroom Vroom!!!

I am totally excited. Today is the day I leave to go to P-town (home of Biker), and we will leave for the Oklahoma State Rally tomorrow morning. By this time tomorrow we will already be on the road. Y'all know how I just love getting up that early. We aren't dragging the trailer behind the bike so I had to pack super light. I packed everything I am taking in a 2 gallon ziploc baggie. No kidding. ~thinks to herself~ man that was a lot of stuff to pack in such a little bag.

We will put all of the rain gear in one saddle bag, all of my stuff in the other saddle bag, and his C-pap machine and my purse in the tour pack. He will then bungee his bag on the tour pack. Hey Mom did you like how I put it today, lol??? The bike didn't get washed last night like it was suppose to because a storm went through P-town. So tonight we will have to wash the bike, shamee (sp?) the bike off, buff it, and whatever else you have to do. And I use we as a relative term, what I really mean is Biker. And when I say we aren't dragging the trailer, I really mean Biker. I will just pretty much be a passenger on this trip. I like it that way.

I will get a bike someday, maybe a Trike?!? I am not sure yet. Heck with the price of gas going up the way it is I might have to just invest in a horse. Lol.

So anywho, here is my thankful list for today. Don't forget to be thankful for something you silly heads!!!

  1. My Mom Gator, that will laugh with me when I say something totally innocent and not meaning it dirty, but it comes out that way. She doesn't laugh at me, she laughs with me. Most of the time.
  2. The new Gator house. OMG, you should all see it!!! It is totally awesome. TOTALLY AWESOME I TELL YOU!!!
  3. Biker, for just listening last night.
  4. My friends, you all kow who you are and you all mean the world to me.
  5. Tall Girl's small ones. Especially since the oldest, almost 2 now, calls Biker her bad biker. He let her fall off of the floatee and into the pool. She has called him Bad Shawn ever since.
  6. A job that pays the bills. There might not be a lot left over, but at least i am getting by.
  7. My animals, even if I do want to through Cookies off of the roof sometimes.
  8. My new used I-pod. Still!
  9. A wonderfully sweet comment from Flutterby. Thank you so much, you don't know how much that meant to me.
  10. Donye-girl. She just called me out of the blue on Tuesday, just to see what I was doing.
  11. You! I am thankful for you!
So what are you thankful for. Come on you know you are thankful for at least one tiny little thing.

When in Doubt Do Research

Ok, well I have been a bit upset lately because everywhere you look there are babies. I love babies!!!!! But by a cruel twist of fate I may not be able to conceive. Turns out I have what they call Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Well Shoot! If they had let me in on this little secret when I was 19, I would not have been that upset. There seems to be something about if they tell you that you can't have something, then you just want it more.

So, I decided to do a little research. If college taught me anything, it's if you don't know about something then look it up. So, upon not being able to sleep again last night, I did a little research, laundry, and picked up the house. And when I say a little research I mean about 200 websites on this.

Here are a few fun facts for your viewing pleasure.
  1. They don't know what the cause of PCOS is.
  2. There is no cure for PCOS.
  3. People with PCOS have a higher rate of miscarriages in the first trimester.
  4. PCOS makes it where you don't absorb insulin like you are suppose to, kinda like diabetes but not. At least for that there is medicine.
  5. LOSE WEIGHT!!!! Every website said this. EVERY WEBSITE!!! I wanted to be like so....are you talking to me, or others. Lol. so, at 6:30 this morning I rolled my fat hinney out of bed, got ready(makeup, hair, dressed, and fed animals) and I am about to head off to the park in C-town to walk.
Now please understand that i know walking one day will not change anything. I get that. Tried that before. Lol. It didn't work. I don't know if anyone will remember the commercial that I am talking about, but its where the really big guy is in the gym, he weighs himself, then runs around the room, and jumps back on the scale. I think it was a credit commercial, but that big black fellow in the commercial is symbolic of me. So, here is the plan. I had time to think, you know because of that whole I am giving up sleeping thing.
  1. Exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Doesn't matter what kind of exercise, just exercise, I can commit to 30 minutes 3 times a week. Maybe we will pump it up more as time goes on...don't hold your breath.
  2. Cut back on refined foods, which aren't good for you anyways. I am not making any promises to cut these things out. That isn't going to happen.
  3. Put more veggies and fruit in my daily life. Not like "Hey Pineapple, what are you doing?" I mean in my food consumption category. We aren't calling it a diet. I say "Nay Nay" to diets.
So, today I am thankful for so many things....
  1. First, my fabulous new IPod. My baby brother gave it to me. Mom Gator gave it to him. She won it online. You see the chain here???
  2. Wonderful people that will listen to me be really angry on the phone, because stupid people call you and tell me stuff that makes me want to throw my shoe at their head.
  3. My awesome pool. If it would quit storming at night then I would swim more. I love the rain, but not the lightning if you are trying to swim....something about electricity...I don't know.
  4. Hilarious stuff on my new IPod.
  5. A super cool Jeep.
  6. Contacts.
  7. My house being clean.
  8. My Mom Gator getting her tooth fixed.
  9. You, I am thankful for you.
What are you thankful for today? Let me know. I love you all!!!

Just a few things and then I am off to work...

Mom Gator's house is coming right along. Baby Brother and I surprised her the other day, and we went over and painted and she didn't even know. Hahaha, silly Mom Gator. We left her taking a nap at the town house, and we were gone. Lol, she had no idea.

I got something super fun yesterday, I will post pics of it in a week or so. You will all be excited too!!!

They laid my Mamaw Patsy to rest on Tuesday. I am still working on being happy about this. I know she is so happy now. I love you Mamaw.

A good friend of mine came to apply for a job at one of the homes that I run, and of course she got accepted. I am totally excited about that. It is really fun to work with people that you like.

I bought three new pairs of shorts yesterday, and they are all WAY to big on me. I have to return then, because I can slide them off without even having to unbotton or unzip them. How funny is that???

An old friend may be making itself know. By medical intervention of course, but hey i will take that. Beggars can't be choosers.

I am working on a really cool new picture holder thing. I saw it in a magazine, and I thought I can do that!!! So I am!

I made a ton of soap the other day. I am just so crafty!

I am really procrastinating, I was at work WAY to long yesterday.

I would really like for someone to massage my shoulders, and Biker is just....well...bless his heart...just no.....

Baby Brother has a job, can you believe how grown up he is getting???

And I want to say that I am super proud of Lorna. She graduates today. Way to go Lorna! I knew you could do it!!!

Ok, I better get on my way. Kisses to you all!!!

It's My Pity Party and I'll Cry If I Want Too....

Cry if I want too...
You would cry to if it happened to you...
Do do do do do...

Ok, so I threw myself one big giant pity party yesterday. Why might you ask, well I really don't want to talk about that. Instead, I need to focus on the things that I am thankful for, instead of the things that I don't have or at least don't have yet. So here goes...my thankful list.

  1. A family that loves me, and will even laugh, joke, and cut up with me about things that at first I didn't think were funny, but when they come from them then they are. Just always remember...Click Clack loves you Great Mama, Great Daddy, Momdy, and Uncle Bllololololololololololo. And I love you all too!!!
  2. Four really great friends that will sit and talk to you on the phone, even when they are having problems of their own. They just listen, and then plot revenge on the person that has made you upset. I would like to personally thank: Lydia, Donye-girl, Tara, and Krista. You four have no idea what you mean to me!
  3. A best friend that even though I haven't talked to her in like two weeks, she will still be there no matter what. I love you so much Pooh, you have helped me through what felt like some of the roughest times in my life, and I don't know how I will ever repay you.
  4. A great boyfriend, Biker, who will just sit on the phone with you and listen to you cry, probably making no sense at all, but he still listens.
  5. A terrific house, that may not be perfect, but it is home, and I love it!!!
  6. A pretty great job, with clients that drive me nuts, and staff that sends me over the edge. Even when sometimes I think we need to have the staff tested for mental retardation, you all still crack me up.
  7. Animals that are always happy to see me!
  8. A God that is forgiving, loving, and patient with me. Turns out...He isn't finished with me yet. He has a plan for all of us, and it would be really super if he just sent that down in the form of an essay or blue prints when you are born, but unfortunately that doesn't happen. And I sometimes tend to forget, He is always there in control of every situation. Apparently He doesn't say well, "Ok Baby Gator, you're 26...now you are on your own." Nope, He doesn't say that, He is always in control. (psst....sometimes He has to remind me of that.)
  9. My fantastic Jeep!
  10. Having my credit card paid down to half of what I owed not even 6 months ago.
  11. My fancy pants new overalls! That I would at the used clothing store of $3.
  12. My new love of making things. Soap, letters, picture frames, cards, etc.
  13. Soon to be my new talent of sewing.
  14. My Mom. She is always there for me, no matter what. I am so excited about her new house, y'all wouldn't even believe how big and cool it is! Her bedroom is like...the size of a two car garage I swear! It's awesome!
  15. My Baby Brother, who is taller than I am now. He is growing up to be such a wonderful young man. Oh good grief I just said young man. Retract that last statement and insert, he is growing up to be such a wonderful person, or guy, or fellow, or anything but young man.
  16. My giraffes!
  17. My super cool new furniture.
  18. My awesome new rocking chair.
  19. The cool sheets that I got for Christmas, that I finally get to use on the king size bed.
  20. The king size bed all to myself.
  21. You, I am thankful for you!!!
What are you thankful for? Let me know. Put your list on your blog, and then leave me a comment and I will come and check it out!!!

Love you all!

Baby Gator

I wasn't technically tagged, but she said anyone that hadn't done this could so that means me.

3. Give my Mom Gator tons of money so she could do whatever she wants
4. Invest 1/2 of what I win, and then live off of the interest it aquires

What a time we had!!!

We had a fabulous time in San Antonio. We took Rara and Bones' (Biker's brother) Yukon. I know it was silly to take a car to a motorcycle rally, but we did. AND HAD A FANTASTIC TIME!!!! I will give you a recap of the whole trip. Biker, Rara, Bones, and Constable pick me up in C-town where Mama and Dad are. I left the Jeepy there. So off we go to Abilene to spend the night because that is half way. Here is a run down of how that night went...fart...fart...fart...snore...fart...snore....snore...snore...fart...snore. It went well.

Then on Friday we headed off to San Antonio, we got there checked into the rally looked around. Saw a few familiar faces, Biker picked out a SUPER COOL skull purse for me. Its black with pink and white skulls on it, and it had a big chain that hangs down. I know, not my usual taste, but it really is super awesome. So we leave there and go check out some Harley shops. Pretty cool Harley shops if I do say so. We buy a few things, and then we decide to go and check into the motel. Someone, I don't remember who gets the great idea to go play miniature golf. ~side note~ I SUCK AT MINIATURE GOLF. But everyone assures me that they will help me. I got to use the pink club and pink ball. That was great with me. Poor Constable sucks at miniature golf more than me. Rara helped me, and I came in second. Biker beat me by one stroke. So we go back to the motel for the night. Here again is how that might went. ...stinky fart...stinkyfart...stinky fart...loud snore...stinky fart...loud snore....even louder snore...extra loud snore...stinky fart...snore. Do you see a pattern here???

Please look closely you can see my pink putter.

Ok we are going to do a roll call from left to right. Theres: Rara, Constable, Biker, you wonderful Baby Gator, and Bones.

So the next day we go to the river walk, we see a protest, hit some more Harley shops and go to a GREAT concert.

This is Biker and i at the River walk. Apparently I am looking off at something else. Who know what?!?!

This is all of us at the River Walk. Back Row: Bones and Biker. Front row: Constable, Rara, and of course Baby Gator.

This is the Alamo and the long line of people waiting to get into the Alamo. Directly across the street was the protest. I didn't get a picture of that.

THE BEACH BOYS!!! I love the Beach Boys. So does my Mama, so I called her during the concert to tell her. I also called Mom Gator, but Mama seemed more impressed.

This is Bones and Rara right before the concert started.

This is up close of the lead singer of The Beach Boys. He is one of the only two original members left.

We had a great time at the concert, it was late so we went back to the motel. Upon Biker going to sleep he pissed everyone in the room off. When I say Biker snores loud I mean LOUD, so loud the dead would ask him to be quiet because they can't rest. It is awful! So we get into a huge fight, he is asleep and doesn't remember any of it. Here's how it goes.
Me--- ~whispering~ Biker please roll over, you are snoring loud.
Biker---ok
wait....wait....wait....
Me---~whispering again~ Biker please roll over.
Biker---ok
wait...wait...wait...
Me--- ~loud~ BIKER PLEASE ROLL OVER YOU ARE KEEPING EVERYONE ELSE UP AND THERE ARE FOUR OTHER PEOPLE IN THE ROOM THAT NEED TO SLEEP TOO!
Biker--- ~loud as well~ WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO SLEEP IN THE F****** CAR???
Rara (from across the room)---You can have our comforter.

Biker was so asleep he doesn't remember any of it. Good news is that Biker is going to the doctor tomorrow to hopefully set up a sleep study and get one of those machines that helps you breathe at night. OMG, he so needs it.

This is the last picture I took before leaving San Antonio. It was of the Chick-Fil-A cows. I don't know what they are writing, I was going to get a picture of it, but some butt monkey kept honking at me to get out of the middle of the parking lot. ~rolls her eyes~ Jack Ass. But I love this picture anyways.

So all in all we had a fantastic time. Such a great time that we had already planned on going to the Oklahoma State Rally in July. This time we will be on the bikes. I can't wait!!!

The Scene of the Crime

Does anyone remember this picture from yesterday's posting???

Well this is the scene today. Police believe that a gang of wild hell raising cats came and raided this peaceful neighborhood. I say peaceful, because I am one of the two houses that are currently occupied on this block. A witness said that she was scared for her life. The cats looked as if they were high off of some drug.

Upon further investigation, police found this evidence.

If you see these suspects please be aware they are considered 4 armed and dangerous if you have allergies. Please call you local Baby Gator, so that she can take care of this problem.

One Busy Sunday!!!

Ok, I have done bunches and bunches of stuff today. Here are a few pics to prove it! And I have to tell you all about the amazing yesterday. Ok, first I picked up Biker and the Harley shop in Amarillo, and then we went to Clarendon. We had a fabulous time, and then we went back to Amarillo. We went to the Harley shop to get his bike, and we got a sweet deal there. (My friend hooked us up!) Then we went to JC Penny's and Biker's pants were buy one get one 50% off. Well they only had one pair that would fit him, so I asked if we could get a rain check for the other pair that would be 50% off. I swear y'all no one there knew what a rain check was. We had to ask 5 different people before a manager finally came up. Lol, she said we could either get a rain check or take 25% off now. Biker opted for the 25% off now. then he took me back to my Jeep and he went back to Pampa, America.

I went to Pet Smart because I had to coupons, one for cat food one for dog food. I got to Pet Smart and I find a big rope on clearance for $4.96 which it is usually $10. So then I go find the dog food. A 5 lbs bag is $11, and a 4lbs bag of cat food is $11. I was like HOLY COW!!! But what did I have you ask....FREE COUPONS!!! So the original bill added up to $30, but I only paid $5, because of the coupons. And I had a gift certificate, because a long time ago Dixie Dog won a beauty contest. How cool is that???

Then I went to Home Depot, because I had two gift certificates for there. One was for $5 and the other was $10. So I was like ok Baby Gator, you can't spend over $15. Well I found 6 plants that I liked, but two of them looked like they were on the brink of death, and I found a bag of potting soil that I needed. So I asked the manager if he would give me 50% off of those two plants. He said he would give me 20% but that was all. So I go check out. After my 20% off and the $15 of gift cards, I only had to pay $2.92. I was way excited. Then I went home. I wanted to quit while I was ahead.

So today here is a list of the things that I have done. This is in no particular order.
  1. Went to Church
  2. Planted plants
  3. Dusted
  4. Cleaned off the coat rack
  5. Cleaned out the front closet
  6. Used a power saw! WAY COOL!!!
  7. Put in two thresholds
  8. fixed the hole that was beside the potty, because He Who Shall Remain Nameless didn't cut the tile right.
  9. Rearranged the middle bedroom
  10. Painted 1 1/2 walls in the back bedroom
  11. Done ALL of the laundry, even the bedding
  12. Made about 40 trips to the dumpster
  13. Watered the back yard
  14. Watered the garden spot
  15. Watered all of the plants
  16. Watered the new mums
  17. Combed the cats
  18. Moved the plants off of the porch because it was too windy. I put them on the side of the house out of the wind
  19. Watered the poor mums again, because they already sucked up all of the water from the first time.
  20. Little Miss Martha and I were going to go for a walk, but it is WAY to windy.
So here are some fabulous pics, I hope you enjoy them!!!

One of the thresholds that I put in. Doesn't it look nice?!?!

This is a fabulous little thing that I had forgotten that I bought. it's for growing herbs inside, and that is the paint brush that I was using to paint that 1 1/2 walls in the back bedroom that I did today.

My beautiful plants in front of my house.

The beautiful plants of the side of my house. They usually sit on the porch, but remember I had to move them because it's so windy!

How beautiful is spring!!!

I absolutely love Spring! It's one of my favorite seasons. Summer is my fav, but spring runs a very close second. I bought two very big tomato plants today at Wal-Mart and i finally broke down and bought some of those cages that go around the plants so that they don't fall over. I love Spring!!!

Mama is getting a cat. I know you are thinking that is crazy, I know right! My Mama...cats...not usually a combo but not it is. I have a new Uncle. His name is Smokey. He has more hair than Uncle Bald Eagle. Oh yes, the pun was intended.

I am going to be doing the Complaint Free thing with my Mom Gator. Go to her blog and you can read all about it.

I nearly just put something tacky on here but then I erased it.

I am going to do a thankful list because it has been forever and a day since I have done one.
  1. My family
  2. My animals
  3. My friends
  4. My garden
  5. Clean Panties
  6. Giraffes
  7. Squirt Bottles
  8. Hair Scrunchies
  9. Pretty new plants
  10. You!!!
Ok, everyone you should all join in. What are you all thankful for???

And we are off...

So today, Mom Gator, Baby Brother, Friend-o-baby brother, and I are headed to Austin. Baby Brother is super talented at art, and he gets to go to state with one of his pieces this year. He got to go last year too, as a Freshman...can you believe that. Like I said he is super talented. We will be gone for a few days, and you will all be missed terribly. Austin is one of Mom Gator's favorite towns. She would move there if she could, I keep telling her that she can but she says no. ~Rolls her eyes~ Silly Mom Gator. Anywho, I am packing my camera and I am planning on taking lots of pics. Right now I am going to leave you with pics of the trip Biker and I took a few weeks ago. We had a blast, but we were ready to come home after a few days.

This is Biker petting a sting ray.

This is me about to pet a sting ray.

Oh yes, me petting a sting ray. I am not sure how I got this to be underlined, but I can't get it to go away.

Biker and I with the travelocity roaming gnome. And did you notice the underlining went away. I have no idea how...

Biker and I at the entrance to the aquarium. No my best looking shirt I must say.
